Dining Room

Color changing (with remote control) LED-light suspended ceiling with built in stereo system.


Kitchen

Kitchen cabinets was sanded to remove the old paint, then painted with undercoat and 2x with top paint.
Walls and ceiling was scraped and repainted twice.
Ceiling cornices, window and door frames, counter top edge and other gaps, cracks was fixed with silicone and painted.


Living space 

Walls, stairway, fireplace was scraped, cracks fixed and filled, and repainted twice.


Guest room with bathroom 

Walls and ceiling was scraped, cracks fixed and filled, and repainted twice.

Villa renovation in Antibes

Total renovated area: 250 m2
At first, old wallpaper was removed, then walls and ceilings scraped, cracks fixed and filled with makroflex, filler and silicone. Then mold was removed from the walls and ceilings, everything painted with chemical, then undercoat and two layers of top paint.
